CHECKPOINT includes all the components needed to manage access in one state-of-the-art system. Multiple Admin Stations, onsite or offsite, permission levels for managers and database change logging make managing the system flexible and secure.Checkpoint is not a Web-based system. Guard Stations and Unmanned Entry Points continue to function if Internet or Network is down, data changes and log records update when connection returns.CHECKPOINT N-2 Access Control Panels are compatible with all standard new, or existing, Resident Entry Devices, Cards, Keyfobs, Clickers, Barcodes, RFID Transponders, Biometric, etc. Features include Cardholder Categories, Expiration Dates, Time/Day/Door Restrictions, Anti-Passback, and more – up to 64 doors/gates.

Touchscreen Guard Station with efficient design, large labels & buttons, multiple Search Options, and on-screen Speed Dial allow the attendant to quickly screen, admit, and record visitors.Searchable Log Records and optional Driver’s License, Driver, & Tag Photo Capture provide reliable Visitor identification.Resident Webpage, Voice Messaging System, & Cellphone App give residents easy options for pre-clearing visitors. Residents can add or remove visitors from their list and email an Express Pass that can grant entry at an unmanned location or speed up screening and increase accuracy by an attendant.Text Message or Email Notifications automatically alert Residents anytime a visitor is admitted for their unit.

Telephone Entry Kiosk (17″ color touchscreen), Express Pass Reader, or Remote Attendant Service can provide a modern visitor entry solution at unmanned locations, or, manage entry at slower times of day, greatly reducing personnel costs.

We have been part of the Visitor Screening Software Industry since it’s very beginning. In 1993 a community in Vero Beach asked “is there any program our guard can use on a computer that would make it easier to manage visitors?”, we thought about it and said “no, but there should be!, let me see what we can come up with”. That first system has evolved along with the Access Control and IT industries and has been continuously refined and updated to take advantage of amazing advances in software and computer technology.We developed Checkpoint ver-1.0 in 2008, Checkpoint ver-4.2 is our current state-of-the-art Visitor Screening System. Using our experience, and by adding new talent to our team, we continue to refine the Checkpoint System incorporating all reliable new technology as it becomes available and proven.We offer unmatched support in planning, implementing, and operating a Visitor Screening & Access Control System, advice on policies and procedures, plus ongoing support for Security and Admin Staff.
